Different Types of Actions are shown in different colors and with different Icons. You can open an Object in Remedy Administrator (when open) by double-clicking on it in the List. Note: When trying to open an Object in Remedy Administrator and you have more than one Admin-Tool running, one of them will probably crash. I was not able to resolve this issue at this time. (perhaps in a later release)
